At the core of wrestling, lie the same fundamentals; they do not change based on age level. We teach the same techniques in both level classes. Our intention behind splitting the classes is to help us focus on each wrestler's development by ensuring they are understanding and developing good habits. Our beginner class is intended to help develop younger wrestlers that are newer to the sport.  Ensuring wrestlers learn correctly early on in their careers will pay dividends in the long run. We won’t deny anyone trying to attend either class. It is essentially a structure intended to help each wrestler get the most out of each practice and their time.
